Mobile phones in dreams are featured when one needs communication.
Sometimes the messages contained within dreams could be obscure and hard to interpret but when the ideal consists of communication, for example letters, handwriting, telephones or emails, its meaning is simple to interpret. Frequently these symbols are entwined with an abundance of other images but many times you wake having a residual picture of using or hearing a mobile phone. Ancient dream dictionaries did not contain meanings of mobile phones, as these are tools of the modern word but we can use the general meanings of "communication" to source the meaning.
