Dreams about witches can represent a crossroads between the spiritual realm.
For the people of Africa who lived in Nyakysa in the 1930s they felt that witches appeared in their dreams because they wanted to bring harm to them. They also saw birds were the representation of souls rather than people. I have had many dreams about witches mostly around demons too.
